How Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is approved and processed through Alloya (items must be in perfect condition with their original inside labels intact), the refund amount will be issued via Bank Transfer.

When Will I Get My Refund?

After the return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. The refund will be processed using the bank information you provided during the return confirmation process.

What If the Refund Amount Is Incorrect?

Alloya reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the return policy criteria, including those sent outside the specified timeframe or items not in their original condition.

Are Shipping Costs Refunded If I Return My Entire Order?

No, shipping costs are non-refundable.
